New approaches in farming

A collaborative venture between a farmer and a group of consumers.

Learning to grow your own vegetables on a training field in Wurmsdorf.

For three years now, Hubert Jaksch, an organic farmer from the Chiemgau region in Bavaria, has been working with consumers to grow natural food. The yield covers the group's own needs all year round. In 2009, 60 families took part in seminars in Wurmsdorf on how to grow your own.

The fields also become a place of recreation where people can enjoy nature.

Visit our website to follow progress on the training field in Wurmsdorf throughout the year.

The f r e i l a n d project seeks to suggest feasible alternatives for people to explore. We would like to show them ways to gain more individual confidence and competence, learning life skills to enhance their quality of life.
